Programmed Breakouts provide greater dimensional
accuracy at lower cost. These machine made harnesses look perfect and
work perfectly. Since they are uniformly the same, installation time and
costs are greatly reduced.Cut or Fold Lines can be woven in to allow
for rapid separation of groups of wires and the folding and stacking of elements
of broad woven cable designs. Separation at cut lines is easily done with
a scissors or hot knife.
Composite Construction combines the best technologies for the job.
Flat woven cable can be combined with round cable and
other construction methods within the same harness.
Multiple Layers may be designed into a woven cable to provide a flat
or square box section. Multiple layers may also be produced by stacking
and tying discrete elements or by folding elements of broad cables with fold
lines.
UL Labeling is available for woven cable and woven assemblies comprised
of UL approved components. GSI has UL recognition for wiring harnesses.
MIL-Spec harnesses, either partially or fully assembled, can be produced
in large or small quantities. Inspection to MIL-45208A, high reliability
manual soldering to MIL-S-2000, calibration to MIL-STD-45662 and overall ISO
9001- all are integral to GSI's operations.
